The family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us! We loved the spacious quadruple room, which made it easy to relax and spend time together. The pool area was a fantastic spot for our kids, and the service made us feel well taken care of. We really appreciated the shuttle to a nearby beach club.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly meals available.

Comfortable oasis, helpful staff, the pool was nice and clean which made for a refreshing break after exploring the city and the location was ideal, only 5 km from the airport.

This place is an excellent fit for a quick weekend visit in Playa del Carmen with a reasonable price. The staff was fantastic, especially Cynthia and Humberto, who went above and beyond to help us. Consider asking for a different room if you're sensitive to noise, as it can be loud at night.

I enjoyed my time here, especially the outdoor pool area where I relaxed after a long day. However, the room could use some updates and I encountered some issues with the shower. For a better experience, consider requesting a room away from the club noise nearby.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, a refreshing escape after busy days. The air conditioning worked excellently, providing comfort in the heat. I especially enjoyed the garden view. it added a peaceful ambiance to my stay. The pool area was inviting, perfect for relaxation.

Some amenities like poolside service were lacking at times.

We enjoyed our extended stay in a spacious room with a lovely view. Fantastic location, just a stroll from the beach and a decent breakfast ramped up the charm. Very accessible for my wife's needs, and Rebecca's help was a gem!

But, oh dear, the water was playing hide and seek! Trying to shower with a trickle is like dancing in a drizzle—funny until it isn't!

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, and they always make me feel welcome. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! I'm coming back for Easter.

the best part of my weekend was how close I was to beautiful Mamita's Beach Club, just a short walk away, and the lively Quinta Avenida, where I could explore shops and restaurants with ease, making every evening a new adventure.

Unpleasant odor upon arrival!!! Mold near the air conditioner and excessive humidity made things uncomfortable. The nearby bar's loud music permeated the rooms, but the management turned a blind eye!!! Seriously frustrating!!!
